Orders can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order so that we may cancel shipment. Your credit card will be immediately credited when a canceled item has not yet shipped. If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the merchandise to us. When returning a canceled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened.
