Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any machine you purchase from Boston King Inc., you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. (coffee cannot be returned) However, no items can be returned after 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be be in new condition, with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail display box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee, and a 30 % used item fee. To return an item, you must contact us via email within 30 days of purchase to obtain an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must ship returns via a courier that provides tracking and provide Boston King Inc with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items. Coffee can not be returned. Premium shipping (next day, 2nd day, etc) charges are non-refundable.


RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:
  • All claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of package receipt.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by us.
  • Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or Return Authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address must be obtained from us.
  • RMA are valid for a period of 20 working days. Do not write the RMA number on the box! This makes it non-resalable and you will be charged for replacing the box. Please write the RMA on the package`s shipping label and also on the original invoice. Any returns without the RMA will not be accepted.
  • In the event that we authorizes return of merchandise, the merchandise must be returned in new and resalable condition including, but not limited to: all original packaging, packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials.
  • All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. You must ship the products in their original packaging. The shipment should be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice.
  • Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and phone number.
  • Return shipping, insurance and handling is the responsibility of the customer and credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.
  • There is a charge for the shipping cost we incurred to free-ship the items to you via FREIGHT LINES.
Return Authorization Procedure:
  1. Please fill out the RMA Request Form accurately filling in all required information for all returned items. To begin, check the "I have read and understand the return policy" box below and then click "Begin Return Process"
  2. You will be issued a RMA number upon review and approval of completed information within 2 business days.
  3. Returned products must be COMPLETE. In the event of incomplete returned products, additional charges for missing items may be accessed.
  4. RMA number must be marked clearly outside the packaging.
    WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN PACKAGES WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE.
